The Woolworths/ICT Scholarship Program
In 2022, in partnership with some of Cape Town's top chefs and finest restaurants, Chef Scott of Woolworths and Chef Melinda of ICT, launched the Woolworths/ICT Scholarship Program.
Selected ICT trainees and graduates work for six months at three restaurants, for a total of eighteen months. We see this as a masters program in culinary arts like no other.
