Chef Zanele is a graduate of ICT’s 8th class, mid 2012. She worked briefly at Moyo, then became an essential part of Savoy Cabbage, where she ran the sauté section. She is now ICT’s head of kitchen curriculum, and has one son, Mvuzo.
